Nearly 45 educators and Lifetouch employees from across North America will travel to Juncos, Puerto Rico, from January 21 – 28, to offer their assistance to the Colegio Bautista school. The school is home to 120 students from kindergarten to 9th grade. The rebuilding process is underway at the school and to help with these efforts the Memory Mission team will be rebuilding the school’s sport court and an exterior property wall that protects the school grounds from future hurricanes.

Monday, January 21
Team orientation in Atlanta.
Tuesday, January 22
Team arrives in Puerto Rico.
Wednesday, January 23
The first day of the rebuild. The team will help with facility painting, building a sport court and exterior property wall to protect the school grounds.
Thursday, January 24
Picture day! In addition to the rebuilding work, volunteers will take individual portraits and classroom group pictures of the students of Colegio Bautista.
Friday, January 25
The rebuilding efforts continue.
Saturday, January 26
The team visits homes in Juncos, Puerto Rico to learn more about the lives of the students at Colegio Bautista. Rebuilding efforts also continue.
Sunday, January 27
Picture delivery day! Volunteers deliver student photos to the families at Colegio Bautista.
Monday, January 28
Team returns home.
Facebook Live Schedule
Each volunteer is scheduled to connect with their community back home via Facebook Live. Volunteers will update their community with rebuilding progress, their experience in Puerto Rico and what they’ve learned so far on the trip.
